Co-Optitude Live
"Co-Optitude Live" is an informal moniker that has come to refer to several different kinds of videos involving the Days, video games, and streaming. Some meanings are not directly tied with the show Co-Optitude; some are not truly live.
Streamed studio recordings
On Saturday, July 18, 2015, a Geek & Sundry tweet mentions a "behind-the-scenes look at an episode of Co-Optitude" with no audio. The recording does not appear to be available anywhere publicly, and there are very few social media posts acknowledging the stream. It's unknown what episode or episodes they were taping, how long the stream was, or whether it even streamed successfully.
The next day, Geek & Sundry recorded the Twister Mania and Pieces episodes of Co-Optitude and simultaneously live streamed the recording process on the Geek & Sundry Twitch channel. The stream was 2 hours and 46 minutes long and gave a glimpse into the process of making the show and what doesn't make it into the final episodes.
These two streams on the same weekend appear to be the only live streams of proper Co-Optitude episode tapings.
Co-Optitude Long Play
Episodes 67 (Torchlight II), 68 (Shadow over Mystara), and 69 (Hammerwatch) are proper Co-Optitude episodes but they were recorded in the Days' homes, either streaming remotely from one another or in the same house.
These episodes are sometimes loosely referred to as "Co-Optitude Live," but they do not appear to have been streamed to the public when they were recorded, and there's no indication of there being live chat that they are interacting with like in other Twitch streams. They do have the same feel as a live Twitch stream however with both players on webcams and the minimal editing, so that may contribute to the misuse of the term. In the intro of the first such episode, Ryon briefly refers to it as "Co-Optitude Live" but Felicia corrects him that they aren't really live. They toss around several other names, including "Co-Optitude Lo-Fi," "Co-Optitude Zero Budget," and "Co-Optitude Online." The title sequence refers to it as "Co-Optitude Long Play."
As Felicia explains, due to work and travel, they were unable to record regular episodes in the studio together. Rather than go without any new episodes during the month of November 2014, they decided to record these episodes.
Editing is minimal except for a modified intro sequence, a promo end card, and bleeped swears. These are by far the longest Co-Optitude episodes, ranging from about 45 to 90 minutes.
Geek & Sundry Twitch streams
Another use of "Co-Optitude Live" was Felicia and Ryon playing games together from their homes and streaming on the Geek & Sundry Twitch channel. These were much less formal and never intended to be proper Co-Optitude episodes.
Most of these streams are unavailable as they were not saved.
The list below is pieced together from social media posts as the only clues of when they occurred. Some mention what games were played, others do not. Some mention which of the siblings were present, others do not. It's possible some of these were not home streams but simply Felicia and/or Ryon dropping by the studio live. The details are very sparse. This list is probably incomplete.

Felicia and Ryon's personal Twitch channels
A final category that has sometimes loosely been referred to as "Co-Optitude Live" is Felicia and Ryon streaming together on their personal Twitch channels, not directly tied with Geek & Sundry at all. Felicia typically exports her streams to her YouTube channel, so they can still be viewed today. Ryon is less consistent about exporting his streams due to his practice of playing music during his streams and thus risking YouTube flagging the videos.
Today, the siblings find less time to stream together, though they sometimes make a point of doing so on the Team Hooman anniversary every September 27th.
